What is Trendlyst?

Trendlyst is a browser extension and companion web app that helps creators and teams sort, analyze, compare, export, download, transcribe, and translate Instagram content.

Do I need to connect my Instagram account?

No. Trendlyst does not ask for your Instagram username or password. Open Instagram normally in your browser and use the extension on supported pages.

What can I sort content by?

Depending on the page and available data, you can sort by views, likes, comments, engagement rate, date, or a custom weighted formula.

Can I compare different Instagram accounts?

Yes. Save analyzed profiles to your Profile Library and compare two to five profiles of the same content type side by side.

Can I download Instagram posts and Reels?

Yes. Trendlyst supports individual downloads and advanced bulk-download workflows for supported photos, videos, Reels, stories, and carousels.

How does transcription work?

Select a supported Instagram video and start transcription from Trendlyst. Completed usage is deducted from your credit balance and the transcript is added to your history.

Can I translate a transcript into another language?

Yes. Open a completed transcription, choose your desired target language, and Trendlyst will create a translated version while preserving the original transcript.

Is all processing local?

Core sorting, analytics, downloads, settings, formulas, and saved-profile workflows primarily run through the browser extension. Authentication, billing, account balances, transcription, and translation require secure backend services.
